1. Services
Fast Concrete Cutting LLC provides concrete cutting, core drilling, wall sawing, slab cutting, wire sawing, 3D scanning and demolition services across Dubai and the wider UAE. All services are subject to site assessment and agreed scope of work.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are based on information provided and a site assessment where applicable. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ from those described. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quotation.
3. Site Access & Safety
The client is responsible for providing safe site access, clear work areas and accurate information about embedded services. We follow strict safety protocols and may pause work if conditions are unsafe.
4. Scheduling
We make every effort to meet agreed schedules. Delays caused by factors outside our control (weather, site readiness, third-party access) may affect timing and will be communicated promptly.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or third-party works. Where 3D scanning is not commissioned, we cannot be responsible for damage to undisclosed embedded services.
